Go to redeem.microsoft.com with your Microsoft account (the same one as your Xbox or PC).
Enter the 25-character code from your order ticket.
Confirm: the game, subscription or balance is added to your account.
On the console you can also redeem it in Store › Redeem.

Your code appears in your order chat (My account › My tickets) and we email you.
